For my money I would much rather have the Antec 550 watt TRIO

with the trio you get a "real" rating of 50C temps
active PFC
85% efficiency (which just may prove to be very useful if your processor is a precott P4????? the precott will be giving your PSU plenty of heat

all for about $25.00 or less that would be the best upgrade you will buy for a while, the diff in those two units is well worth $25.00 more >>>>>> night and day performance and quiet running too
