Default Building now need help.

I am at a friends house and we are building a computer right now as I type this. Everything is in, but we don't know what most of the cables that come from the PSU go to. If you have anything to help us it will be awesome.

well

the biggest one which is either 20 or 24 pins goes into the big slot on the motherboard

the small 4 pin ones go into an IDE hard drive/IDE disk drive to power them

if its SATA there is seperate cables for them

look in your motherboard manual

Ok we have all that stuff but we just don't know about the cables themself, really its like we are building a lego set. I don't feel to good about that, but it seems to be going good. If there anything like color coding that would help such as Blue connecter with Blue connecter?

you have to look in the motherboard's manual... it will show you where all of the wires/connectors/etc. go... seriously, you have all the answers to your question...
