Default Is there a way

Is there a way to test a PSU without trying it on a computer? I found one in recycling cans, looks intact, it's dry, but I wouldn't take the risk of trying it on a pc.

Personally I wouldn't take the risk of trying it at all. There was probably a good reason for throwing it away i'd imagine.
