Default Emails

I am having a problem with receiving emails from certain senders. I use to receive daily emails from Iwon.com because I play some kind of lottery and receive the daily numbers and also from my home state which is PA lottery numbers and now I don't. I can receive these emails of other email addresses that I have. I checked to see if the address was being blocked on my main email address and they aren't and they said that the emails are being sent with no problem. I called my provider and they can't seem to figure out what the problem is. I uninstalled my Norton Security and installed the AVG antivirus because I thought Norton was causing it. Does anyone have any suggestions
