Default Re-formating Hard drive

Can anybody tell me how to re-format a harddrive and re-install windows? I gotta pretty bad virus.

if you have a windows cd go into your computer bios and set first boot device to cd rom then insert your windows cd then save and exit it will say press any key to boot from cd so do that and just follow the instructions making sure not to do a quick format do a full format. one more thing after the format has finished it will copt files then it will reboot when that happens ignore the press any key to boot from cd also make sure you take any usb devices out exept your mouse
