Getting Opinion Noticed

I had a really bad experience with a business that I chose on the basis of their brochure. It was the only hunting outfitter in the area I wanted to go to and I had to make my decision based on their website. Anyway, when you Google this company all you get is a couple pages of their promotional stuff and no reviews or opinions. What would be the best way to share my experience of being ripped off with other people Googling this guy with the intent on buying his services? I really don't want to spend any money, I just want people who Google the name of this company to get a result with me saying how bad he was and how I got ripped off. What would be the best way to do this? Should I start a weblog or submit an opinion to some site that would come up on a Google search? I'm not selling anything and I don't want to make any money, I just want to prevent people from getting ripped off like I did...

The best thing to do, Is actually make a website, build of traffic.. (traffic = PR [page rank] .. but u will need a lot .. META TAG his name: Ie: his name, company.. ..

Plug it, but best do to is make a website, and launch it, and promote it, it will build up, and if u use exact name u google with, it will show up a few pages down the road from his stuff.

Just make sure the title is something catchy to get them to get to it
