Default Creating a Website

Hey I need to make a website for something important and I was wondering what things I need to do this. I know I need to buy a domain name, but do I need to pay a website money to host it and use their site builder since I'm not very skilled when it comes to html.

Once you have a domain name you need webspace to host your site, although a lot of web hosts give you a free domain name, if not you need to setup the domain to use your host's nameservers, and add your domain to the hosts system. Once you have the domain and webspace setup you then need to create a website using HTML, or a wysiwyg editor such as dreamweaver which basically does the hard work for you. Then you upload the site to the correct folder using FTP, and with any luck your site will work

Here are some links you may find useful:

Yes, you pay the website hosting it for you $ for you domain if you choose one. Such as www.bflat450.com, you will pay $ every year for it.
You will also pay every year to them for the space such as, 4 bucks a month, 60 bucks a year. Plus the domain if you choose one.

Now, if you're lucky and the site you host on have free templates and easy page generators, you can just hop on that and have your site up in no time. If not, you will have to create it yourself with the many and various html tools available everywhere.
