can't start lap top

i have a sansung Q20, it died long time ago, i just reinstalled the cd that came with the laptop, it reinstales windows xp, i have installed the drivers that came with the laptop, now there are two windows they ask me to chose every time i go on, and i updated my windows with the windows update, there was like 50 somthing updates, when it was finished, it asked me to restart the pc, then i did, when it was trying to start again(past the windows loading screen, with the little bars running) a blue screen appreaded with half fill words for not even half a second, and then it restarted, and does the samething over and over, can some one help me? and also how do delete my other messed up windows?, BTW i can start it in safe mode,but not with network, it does the samething. sorry for my english. HELP

If this also happens when you enter safemode with networking, that's a good place to start. Have you tried removing the NIC drivers? Perhaps incorrect ones were installed?

Though, if you still have your other copy of windows still loaded, insert your windows disk format the main partition, and start from scratch.

i recovered the windows befor i done the updates,then it runs fine, but its dangerous if u don't up date your windows right? and i am not that good at computers so plz explain how to delete the other windows? or maybe if i can just chose one as default?
