My friends wants a camera for his Birthday. He was looking for the best one but also small. Any suggestions

Yes, I've been tempted to get it since I first saw it
 I love my FZ20, but sometimes it's just too large.

I just got the Sony DSC-W70 2 weeks ago, and it's a great little camera. Very clean pictures, I was taking a pic while driving at 70 MPH, and the car next to me got in the frame, and you could actually make out the spokes on his tires while they were spinning. Very high shutter speed. I can take a picture about every 2 seconds at the full 7.2 mega-pixel rez.
