Adsense!

I am interested in creating a website, I already know CSS, HTML, and javascript.

I know a good idea is all I need, and I am going to use Adsense for a little "income"

I am wondering how successful people are by doing this. This is a little survey.

Do you have a website? URL?

Adsense?

USD per day from Adsense?

I got into the AdSense program yesterday night (signed up two days before). I don't want to disclose the URL for my site yet, because it's not officially done yet.

But, what I will say, is that I've only had 3 clicks and it's generated me $1.71. Pretty good? I think so. That's more than 50 cents / click! Now imagine 100 people doing that in one day. $50!

Also, what would stop someone from going through a proxy, and clicking on the ads from there?

I know Google monitors the clicks, and can ban you if they suspect anything, but through a proxy, it's a different IP each time...

$1.71 for three clicks!! Thats awesome. What is a proxy? And what Adsense words are they, like what word or words is targeted for the ad, becasue some words get more CPC than others.

Any more Adsense people?

It's not necessarily a different IP each time when going through a proxy, as the proxy I use which i have set up records the IP address, and ISP and New Dream Network, my web host. Clicking my own ads isn't something I'd consider, and they may also be able to track you through cookies, if some proxy's transfer these aswell. Also I don't think your allowed to display your earnings

not sure though. But I will say that my earnings are far far less, 4 clicks (over about 2 weeks) and less than half of what you have got. Then again it depends on your site's topic

I use adsence aswell Iv made something like $8.00 in two weeks not really worth it considering the space it takes up on the site.

just checked the stats for my site 20% of visits come from CF

Well, I won't release it's USP (unique selling point) just yet, but it's mainly to do with software for different operating systems.

Maybe. It depends if you get many clicks. I have set AdSense up just to cover the cost of running the website in the first place.

How do they know how I am on this forum? Well, is this allowed:

I now have (3 + 3) clicks.

And the (3 + 3) clicks have given me ($1.71 + $1.11). Pretty good, eh?
