Is this a good build for a decent gaming PC?? (i already have case, Thermaltake 430W PSU, 120 GB SATA HDD and all perhiperals (heyboard, mouse...)

Thats great, cause is the cheapest i could find, so im just stickin with my 7600 GT and get the 2 GB of GSkill...
