Default Dual Monitor/ Temperature question

Hi, I just recently built a custom PC with dual video card support. My current video card supports dual monitors. Question one, if I had 2 of those video cards does that mean I can run 4 monitors? (Would make life 4x easier ). Question 2, what is a normal GPU temperature? While playing EverQuest 2 for a few hours my computer got up to about 60 degrees celsius, which is around 140 degrees Fahrenheit, a local computer store said 140 is the max you want to run, BUT I have read in countless spots online that 60 C is normal. Idle is about 40 btw. And question 3, if I were to put the second video card in, would that increase the heat? Or no, because it has a fan on it and they would individually keep themselves cold. Thank you.
