Exclamation Need Help

I just got my friends x1900AIW. He always ran it at 100 % fan speed with no side panel, and the highest it got in games was 85...I just got it, and now Im worried because there is a sound card right under my video card, and I cant control fan speeds...I cant move my sound card because of limited pci slots...plz help

if you download ATI Tool you should be able to control the fan speed on the card, i know ATI Tool works for my X1600, just google it, shouldn't be hard to find, if you had another pci slot you could put one of those pci slot coolers in between them that might help.

That would be the ATI OCing tool being described there. For a quick grab at one along with some information on it, http://www.techpowerup.com/atitool/
For the latest Catalyst 6.12 and WDM drivers you now have to go to AMD the new owners there. http://ati.amd.com/support/drivers/xp/radeonx-xp.html

google and download CPU-Z... run it and you can find all information about CPU, RAM, motherboard, etc...

then post it here...
