Are you buying the Nintendo wii console?

Have you been able to get one if so whats it like and as it lived up to your expectations?

Ive played it at my friends house. I must say it's pretty kewl and has some pretty chill games. If you don't like the wiimote you can also just attach the normal gamecube remote.

I've not got it yet but look forward to it. I've not really heard many complaints so far. There is the issue with some with flying controllers which I find the entire topic humerus.

My friend has one, its pretty cool. The graphics are average, not great, but not bad either. The controller is hard to use while playing games because it is not very accurate. But its fun.

Definitely worth it. One of those consoles that could bring the family together for a sitting. Comes with a game, which all other console's don't. These flying wiimote and black-eye stories are just idiotic people forgetting that it's just a game and enjoying or getting frustrated too much. Met every expectation I had, which wasn't much. The graphics, it looks good to me. I don't pay attention to too much graphics, so it looks like xbox and ps2 graphics to me; which are pretty good.

I played it at my local bestbuy. its a soso console over all. but I just dont find much interest in playing console nowadays. But still over all its a good system, I probably going to get one once they got more unit available, like probably next year.

I own one and its great and IMO sports games are going to be way superior on the wii compared to the other consoles. so if you are into sports games it is definitely worth it.

Oh yeah, and zelda is probably the most amazing console game I have played in a long, but not with out giving RE4 honorable mention. I can't wait or the Wii's exclusive RE game.
