how to solve the problem of rundll32.exe ?

if there is something wrong with rundll32.exe ,how to fix rundll32 to make it not appear errors ?

Concur or try restoring to an earlier point using windows restore. Is this XP? A little more info on when it happens, if certain things cause it etc...?

go to www.dll-files.com/ and search for it.. first thing i would do, if i didnt wanna loose hdd
