hi,
ive got a pretty good laptop, but now Ive got this offer to upgrade my ram from 1 gig to 2 gig. I use this laptop for mainly for games(2142), and photoshop, and autocad. the games run pretty smooth, although they could run better. so my question is; should I upgrade it? if yes what is going to change? would it be 2x faster? thanks in advance |

It would help; espically with the newer games out there. It wouldn't be twice as fast as there are many factors in a system that affect performance. You would have less hard drive use and it would more than likely make the games smoother rather than faster.
