it adds up to about 1400 $ i was looking to spend 1600-1750 $ so tell me if i could upgrade any thing

1. You should get better ram, if you want to overclock because Gigabyte DS3 is used for overclocking.
2. X1650 is not that much a monster of a graphic card, if you don't game too much, its ok.
3. Rest is fine

I thought the ram was pretty good I mean it's DDR2 667
do you have any sugestions for the vid card
and what about a psu

For video cards get 7600GT, it performs much better than X1650pro
