Problem with USB Flash drive...

I bought a Kingmax 128MB usb flash drive and i started using it yesterday (I bought it after my SanDisk CruzerMicro broke). I only used it once and now it doesnt work at all, i think it might be corrupted but im not sure. I heard that you are able to format the flash drive, if any of you can help me that would be great.

And my SanDisk 128MB flash drive also got corrupted. Im thinking that it might be my old computer since when i plugged both my flash drives into it, they stoped working after that.

I found out that its most likely caused by my USB controller, since it fried my 2 flash drives, however i can use the USB ports for the printer, keyboard, digital camera, ect. So if there is a way i can fix the flash drives (reformating or something) it would be helpful.
