Don't forget a hard drive. Western Digital 80gb for $43.99 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16822135106
There is also a Samsung 160Gb for $59.99 but that would put you over budget.

AMD 3200+ AM2
Biostar Tforce 550 (Lots of overclocking options) Patriot 1GB (2x512MB) Western Digital 250GB (7200RPM/16MB/SATAII) Antec Sonata w/ 450w Antec SM2.0 PSU X800GTO (unlocked and oced to X800XT) $75 + $10 S/H TOTAL: $519 - $20MIR +S/H (~$30) = ~$529 Obviously there are things you can cut out.. EDIT: Oh...that's a little much over budget. So, I'd say, go down to 512MB of RAM, and get the cheapest hard drive (or use your current one). You can downgrade the motherboard a little if you want, but I wouldn't too much.

Theres really nothing you can do to upgrade that, you would be much better off buying a computer that Jet posted.
