Honestly I dont think its worth it. You only have 512MB of RAM, and since you have onboard video it will be even less.

However, if he is getting it for parts, it is a good deal (unless they are used)

I don't think it comes with a video card (I can buy one seperately)

It does not include windows.

It's used mainly for gaming. Not hardcore gaming.

I can upgrade the ram if needed.

The parts are new.

This should only worth around $380 used or around $440 New included tax, not a best deal but a fair priced deal.

How did you come up with that? I came up with ~$655 new, so it isn't that bad of a deal. The main question is whether the PSU is strong enough or not.
