I don't think it comes with a video card (I can buy one seperately)
It does not include windows. It's used mainly for gaming. Not hardcore gaming. I can upgrade the ram if needed. The parts are new.

This should only worth around $380 used or around $440 New included tax, not a best deal but a fair priced deal.

How did you come up with that? I came up with ~$655 new, so it isn't that bad of a deal. The main question is whether the PSU is strong enough or not.
