im lookin 4 a AGP vid. card thats better than my current 1, the 5200, the Mem. is clocked at 297, and the Core is at 572...
lookin 4 a card that has something around those clocks (lower), and it's not OC'd.. not lookin 2 spend much, post what ya got and how much, thanks..

ok, i think that card would be good 4 me, it's not like im gonna try playin any kind of really demandin game like Oblivion etc., i really just play SA:MP..

Your first post kinda contradicts itself. You say you want a better card then you have now, but you want the clock speeds to be lower...
The 6800GT is a pretty expensive card, you can find an x700/x800 series card for much cheaper, and it would probably suite your needs more.

yeah, i want a card thats non-clocked that has either the same clock speeds as my current clocks on my 5200, or a little lower, soo i can OC it higher than the 5200, get me?

Why not try the ATI Radeon X850 Pro?
