Default Weird motherboard configuration

I was looking at the motherboard I plan on buying and the integrated ports on the back(usb, keyboard, mouse, ect) are kinda organized weird and I am not sure if it will work in my case, but the board still has 13 great reviews from customers, none stating they had a problem with the boards port configuration. I have never built a computer before so maybe this is nothing, but it looks weird. Heres the link to the motherboard and theres a picture on this page you can enlarge showing the mobo's ports linkage
and there is a picture of the back of the case I am planning on using at this link linkage

So whats up with this motherboard and will it still work with that case?

its a standard atx mobo so it will fit in most standard towers ,but if you have a very small tower you should look for a micro atx mobo

Yeah umm, I am kinda embarrassed. Just found out that your motherboard comes with a replacement i/o shield for the stock i/o shield that comes with the case hehe. My bad, thanks for your help though.
