Default To sell, to part, to keep?

I can't decide! Should I try and sell my laptop while it still works fine(battery and everything) Should I part it(case is scuffed up, but everything else is great) Or should I just keep it until it dies...

Specs are below in sig, but...
12.1" Averatec 3270
Sempron 2800
512M PC2700
60G 4200RPM drive
DVD +/- RW(not DL)
802.11G
Battery will last well over an hour
Physically, it's pretty rough. But not cracks in the case!

It's like...I want a new laptop, but I can't quite decide if it's worth the upgrade/money.
