It is all compatible, but i wouldnt reccomend that motherboard. Look for a good Asus SLi mobo (M2N series).

You might want to pick out different RAM, the motherboard supports 1.8v and the RAM requires 1.95v this RAM should work better.

1. Switch the video card to a 7950GT - cheaper and better.
2. Don't use the PSU that comes with that case.

seeing as how he isnt getting a dual core cpu nor an x2...core 2 duo is kinda outta it,its like 40-60 dollars more (?)

though if you are getting a card like that...you must be gaming..so i suggest you find money and upgrade ot dual core....but that 3800+ is still pretty nice of a processor..dont let anyone tell you different.

I agree with ceewi1
I would change the video card to this
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814130074

And pick out a power supply, the ones that come with cases in general are not that good! And for like 30 bucks more you could go with a X2

Epox are good boards, used quite a few!
