Looking For P4 2.2+ 400 fsb socket 478

I want to do an inexpensive upgrade to a business/hobby PC. I have a P4 1.4ghz processor that I am using now. I want to upgrade to at least a 2.2 with a 400fsb for a socket 478 mobo.

Anyone got anything? Preferrably one not overclocked. This PC is crucial to my every day business, so I can't mess around.

AND

I would be selling the P4 1.4 (perfect working condition as I am using it now to make this post
