sse2 instrution pack problem

i have recently bought adobe premier and it says my procesor is not compatable with the sse2 instrution pack
i have a 900 mhz celeron PGA 370
is this procesor compatable with it and if it is does any one know why its saying that

well it doesnt look like your CPU is compatible, what are your other specs?

ive got 256mb ram
it should run the program becasue the old computers we have in colage run it fine and mine is better than theres

as this version doesnt work with my processor is there another version that will or another program like premiere that i can run i have tried 6.0 aswell and it displayed the same message
