Be really grateful if a few people could help us on this one guys, this machines being built on my recommendation and it would be nice if we could prove a few people wrong that we had the right idea to go for a custom build instead of just heading off to dell

The system doesn't seem to want to boot from the windows disc at the moment which is a bit odd.

MB : have you hecked all the leads for the floppy drive, making sure that the data cabled is seated into the motherboard ok?

Or just disable the Floppy Drive in the bios and disconnect it from the computer. I'd try that first.

really strange that it won't boot from CD. Does it attempt to boot from the CD at all? Any lights going or a pause or anything or does it just do nothing?
