once again reviewing the first few posts, the first guy knew what he was talking about but yeah the mouse jumping thing, now seriously... no its just dirt in your mouse, my dad has the same problem, if its a laptop honestly if you dropped it lol then you screwed, thats what happened to mine and reinstalling it just made it slower.
