I was thinking of upgrading my processor but didnt know if if it would work on my motherboard . I have a compaq evo d510 cmt. With the original Processor: Intel Pentium 4 1.8GHz and wanting to upgrade to intel Pentium 4 3.0E Prescott 3.0GHz 1MB L2 Cache Socket 478 Processor - OEM.
Would i be able to do this? Also would i need increased cooling ? |
