Default Help!! the "notifier" won't uninstall!

Every time I open a web browser(whether it be mozilla firefox or IE) this box pops up on the screen with music and its graphics (its not a browser window) and when i go to my windows task manager to end the task it reads "notifier####"(can't remember the numbers) and it comes up about every hour. The program is called "Popcorn" and It won't let me unistall it. every time I click change/ remove in the add/ remove programs it does nothing at all.

I want this gone what can i do?
