Default Internet Usage Meter

Im after a download usage meter that will appear on either my toolbar or in firefox. I've used the add on meter for firefox but it doesnt seem to support my ISP. Ohh, and a free one wld be good too... cheers for any info.

DUMeter is an excellent program for monitoring how much bandwidth you have used and are currently using both inbound and outbound. It also charts up how much you use per day, per week and per month too. Plus, a good feature I like, is from install (or if you click the reset button) it'll tell you how much you have used overall from the moment you installed / last reset it. Take a ganders:

Although unfortunately it isn't free, but if you are willing to pay it's most definitely worth the little amount of money .
