Default Very small computer

I am planning out a very small computer, to fit inside a cabinet(don't ask why)

Naturally, I need a very small case for it.

It'll have a sempron, 512MB 1 CD drive, 1 HDD, and maybe a PCI card. That's it.

This is the smallest case I found:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811154062

but is there anything smaller?
Also, is 275W enough for those parts?

you can easily make your own case, it just needs to be as big as the motherboard with a power supply above it and a drive in front of it, if you buy a micro ATX then this can be really really small, or you can buy those small as f**k PC's that are like 7x7 inches. they were £200 last time i looked

or one of these... very small and got some power

I would rather not build my own.

I forgot to mention that this needs to be cheap. As cheap as possible.

your best bet is a micro ATX case.
it will hold a micro ATX motherboard, a small power supply, up to 3 hard drives (i think) and a CD rom.
how big is the cabinet this PC has to be in? because its very ill advised to have a pc in a non ventilated environment

heres how much the insides will cost:
http://www.novatech.co.uk/novatech/specpage?MBB-S7285U

thats everything, all you need apart from that is a case, which is about £50 including a power supply

that brings the total to about £150/$285?? im guessing the exchange rate there

That's not a bad price, but shipping wouldn't be fun from the UK.

With Newegg parts, I can build the whole thing for around $200.
Sempron 64 2800 (skt754)
512MB DDR-400
MSI mobo
80GB HDD
POWMAX 3304 SV Silver Steel MicroATX Desktop Computer Case 230W MATX12V Power Supply - Retail
will that PSU be enough for this computer? If not, then I can get a new one for like $25

Oh and about the non ventilated area, how much is it going to matter? With the last computer, it got pretty warm(like around 80F) but not too bad.

the psu is ok, but in an enclosed environment heat can slow down, freeze and at worst, blow computer components
