i saw somebody stuck the gimp up there. but there's a ton of good stuff out there for free. nullsoft makes winamp. bellsmind has an online tone generator that's free to use. google and yahoo offer free downloads to enhance their services (gmail notifier, desktop search, browser add-ons). openoffice makes a free office suite program.
also, check out sourceforge for a lot of free and open source stuff. there's a million more great free (or low cost) programs--open and otherwise. oh, yeah, analog x makes a lot of cool little proggies distributed for free. --cid http://cidviscous.blogspot.com |
