I have a motherboard from an emachines that I got rid of. Its socket 478 and takes pc133 ram. I would include the processor fan with the mobo. Its nothing special, but it gets the job done.

I have a socket 462 motherboard (can't remember the brand atm) and an amd athlon xp 3000+ barton + heatsink/fan.
