Where is programmer forum?

Hello everybody, I think this forum is good, but where is programmer forum? And this message for Administrator:
Dear Administrator maybe you can create programmer forum, I very want.

All programming questions should be directed tot he General Software section.

A dedicated programming section in the forum won't be happening any time soon, this has been discussed before.
