Default Asus P5B Deluxe or Gigabyte DS3??

was going to by Asus P5B Deluxe, but all of the sudden I've been hearing alot about Gigabyte DS3. I plan to OC a little to make my e6600 to the speed of e6700, thats 2.4ghz to 2.66ghz.

WHich would you perfer?

e6600 can be oc-ed over 4.23 GHZ according to tom's hardware.

DS3!!! its cheaper and overclocks just as well.

I'd say the DS3. I've had both Gigabyte and Asus motherboards, and I find the Gigabytes to be better quality and easier to use.

Not all chips can. Tom's Hardware is the one that got one to 4.23Ghz I believe.
