ive been having problems with my game online, playing multiplayer, i keep getting the msg " There is a problem with you connection" which i dont under stand bc my ping is 11 sometimes 30 on the servers, so i dont understand why its giving me this msg, i have DSL

my internet connection is 100 mbsp and says excellent so why is my connection crappy on multiplayer ?
