I recently bought my son a wireless keyboard and mouse. I have followed the instructions which contain the following; uninstall any keyboards or mouses on pc------done shut of pc------done put batteries in keyboard and mouse --- done conect receiver to usb port --- done press connect buttons on keyboard and mouse and reciever --- done restart pc --- done all of the above have been completed...windows starts up and gets to the screen where you can choose which user you would like to use....but the mouse then when needed doesnt work and neither does the keyboard...any help would be sooo appreciated thanks shelly |
