Those are exceptionally good temps, generally the lowest you'll get from a processor is 24 or 25.

for the record, 60 is too high... 50 is too high... 40 is too high... if it idles at 35 then its okay... but personally i prefer it to idle at around 25-32C. it really depends on the case circulation, how good the heatsink is (i know a guy that gets 50C idle, but he uses stock cooling.) and how the room temperature is lookin.
40-50 is a good load temp. mines at 43 idle at stock clocks, 46 at 2.7ghz... w/e
(my ram is badly bottlenecking my overclock ) lol ill have to try that corsair xms dominator stuff..

whats your room temperature? unless its like 35F in there you're temp sensor is simply wrong.
TAT won't even show up with my system. duno why lol...

What exactly is full load?

I am getting up to 55 on TAT on my E6600, average is about 48 when playing WoW on high everything. I have stock cooling, and I did not apply any extra thermal paste (uncle that has worked with compyuters for 20 years said I didn't need any). Another program I have (speedfan) says 36. Analysis?

Full load is defined when the CPU is working at its maximum potential, usually when doing tasks like rendering, or testing your processor with Prime95, SuperPi, or Folding@Home.
