dell laptop

HI
can any one help please, ibought my son a lap top a dell lattitude 7oomhz ,10gig hard drive, 256 ram i think. any has worked well untill yesterday i was burning some pics on to a cdr disk and it just froze, i then tried to reboot it but it starts up and the comes on to a blue screen for about 3 seconds the shuts down and does it all again,? i had to take a photo of the blue screen so i could read what it says. it says STOP:c0000210 <REGISTRY FILE FALIURE> THE REGISTRY CANNOT LOAD THE HIVE<FILE> .\SYSTEMROOT\SYSTEM32\CONFIG\SOFTWARE OR ITS LOG OR ALTERNATIVE.
IT IS CORRUPT, ABSENT, OR NOT WRITABLE.
BEGINGING DUMP OF PHYSICAL MEMORY.
MEMORY DUMP COMPLEATE

PLEASE HELP AS I HAVE TRIED TO RUN IT IN SAFE MODE BUT WONT WORK ,I HAVE NO DISKS WITH IT AND I DONT KNOW ALOT ABOUT PCS

Have you tryed taking it back to last known confiquaration

yes tryed that in the settings but still no good? ive tried to d-load a disk from web but didnt work

try googling it, never harms 2 try
