Default Made my decision! X1950 Pro PCXtreme! Right Choice?

After two weeks of posting and doing my research, i have decided just to go with one single video card. I have decided to go with the PowerColor X1950 Pro Extreme. This is the fastest X1950 clock speeds i can find, with nearly perfect reviews. Another reason i have decided on this card is it comes with the best cooler you can get for a X1950 chip. So my question is: I have $250 cash to spend on a video card. That has to included Tax and Shipping ( I live in TN ). I have done my research on this card, and other cards around it (X1900XT/7900GT/7950GT). This is the best choice i can muster up. Do any of you have any other idea for a video card? I don't care if its ATI or Nvidia, preferably ATI.

the x1900xt should be better than the x1950pro.
