Default Plz find me a .mov to .avi/.wmv converter!

I have searched the forum, and I have found that there have been threads like this before. But in those threads, people posted links to programs that they liked etc. but I could not find a single FREE program. I "know" there has to be a free mov to avi converter somewhere (and doesn't limit you to 50% of the files or something like that).

I want to be able to get Quicktime videos onto my Vision: M. Can somebody help me?

As far as I can see, none of those are free.

And it's free.

and if that works were even, that program you recommended me worked great!!! Thank you!
