sounds like you have alot of fans running-might sound stupid but
are all the fans creating a clean air flow through the case??

ie-
all the ones on front-intake
all the ones on rear-exhaust

"or is there that much lighting in there you have created a sunbed"

i have 2 fans on front for intake then one on back for exhaust+psu fan acts as an exhaust-

then i have modified my case so there is a fan + funnel directly over my processor which is a core2duo e6400

my temps when idle
cpu=21oC
case=24oC
