Default My notebook beomes very warm!!!

my notebook becomes very warm after be used more than half hour!(without playing game or use heavy programs obviously) above all the part of touch pad, i think it's not normal . I wanted your councils for this problem!

what kind of laptop is it, i have an alienware with a desktop style pentium 4 in it, it's not nicknamed "the nut roaster" for nothing if we know what is in it we'll be able to tell you if it should be running that hot, in my case for example there is no suprise it runs as hot as it does
