Default Lens Dr. Experience?

Anyone have any experience with this product?

http://www.seenontvproducts.net/lensdoctor/index.html

I want to get something to remove the scratches from my sisters glasses, until she can get surgery done. When we got her glasses I was told by the lady at Lens Crafter that they are scratch resistant, which I now know was a TOTAL LIE!

Scratch resistant doesn't mean scratch proof...

Yeah I know that know, but I would figure that they wouldnt get scratched just from cleaning them with the Cloth they came with.
