HELP. Will this RAM card work on my comp

OK I'm not the best with RAM so could someone tell me if this RAM I found is compatible with my comp.

OK here's some specs...
Dell Dimension 4500
2 RAM slots
256x1

(256 card in computer)
NT256D64S88A0G-7K
256MB DDR-266MHz-CL2
PC2100U-20330
0209.K844822

(512 card that Kingston recommends for the Dimension 4500)
TD4400/512
Kingston
512MB
DDR SDRAM
PC 2100
133 MHz
184-Pin

(512 card that I want to get but am not sure if it's compatible)
KVR333/512R

DDR SDRAM
PC 2700
333 MHz
184-Pin

So will the card I want to get work on my comp or not?

yes it will work, but if your motherboard only runs ram at pc2100 (the speed your memory is at now) then the new ram you are getting will only run at that speed. btw pc2700 is backward compatable with pc2100 memory.

It means that it will work with lower speeds of ram eg pc2100 is lower than pc2700, but pc2700 will still run with pc2100 just at a lower speed.
