Laptop Keys Acting Up?

Does anyone else have this problem? Everytime you try to type a sentence
or paragraph, the cursor bar goes back to the middle or the beginning and
type over it, or when you type, it types the same key multiple times?

Please let me know...

I have that problem when I have Java apps running.

Thanks for replying... You know, that what I thought was causing it,
either some malicious scripts or javascript apps, because I notice that
when it happens it's usually at that time... But at times, I would test
it and open notepad and type and it would still do that, thanks for that
