Default Will Zalman 7700 AlCU fit on the ASUS P5LD2?

I'm thinking of upgrading my stock CPU heatsink/fan for my E6400 chip to provide better cooling and I was wondering if the Zalman 7700 AlCu would fit on my ASUS P5LD2 board? I want to make sure before I go out and buy it. If it won't, what would be the alternatives to good cooling, a quiet fan and at a resonable price
