Thanks, yea it was one hell of a deal. It sucks because he would've given the whole rig for free if he knew i wasn't into computers.

Anyways, yea i did attach the memory HS on. It came along with the vf900 gpu heatsink. The only problem was, that i think i was supposed to use 2 of those for each sink because thats what the manual said. But the gpu in the manual only had 4 ram thingys (???) and my gfx card has 8. so i had to put one heatsink for each black thing and the heatsink wasn't big enough to cover the whole thing. So i just placed it on the module centered (or at least i tried to )

Yea i want to start overclocking. Need to convince my dear mommy to buy me a better cpu hsf (im on stock).

The problem with the zalman gpu heatsink is that it covers an extra slot. I bought a budget board/ Asus M2A-VM/ and it only has 2 pci slots and 1 pci ex slot. So that only leaves me with 1 slot extra, either for my sound card or the
PCI capture card. Damn. I might put the pci capture card in my dads comp then.

Or, i just see a new mobo in my future
