redirected host

i ran spybot search & destroy this morning and it came back with a few things. one of which was:

Microsoft.Windows.Rediredtedhosts
-redirected host
-ar.atwola.com=66.118.142.137

shal i delete or not?

Does that say "Redired" "ted" "hosts" lol.. sounds like "retarded ted hosts"
